Where is your game folder located? As I said, I recommend you put it in Documents. Check if the folder \www\save has any files in it.
Also, please double-check that you are not accidentally running the game.exe file from inside the .zip file and instead are running it from the game folder you extracted.
If you complete the haunted mansion, an event should play, and it will update the mission objective in the main menu. If this event didn't play, try to move back to the haunted mansion, and it will play.
For corruption level 2, you need to increase Eilayda's lewd experience to 150, watch the scene with Alf (located on the Iron Bones Territory map), and then sleep in the Bar Bedroom.
I have considered it before; however, I have no plans to include such visual change. I'll review the idea after we are done with the base erotic scenes.

1 - Yes, we are still working on the scenes for level 2 before we can move to level 3. 2 - No. Activities will be limited to Eilayda with humans. 3 - There will be more maps. However, they are still limited to the prison district. If you are asking for maps outside this part of the city then there will be none.
After an hour I still can't any new interractions even I can't level up to "3". I restarted the game 2 times + 5 times reached level 2 and still not getting any new scenes, even I beated the game (beated Guardian) and yet still doesnt work at all.
It's just my opinion but I think that a scene of not paying rent could be good and that every time you are touched when selling apples the interactions are "stronger" apart from the fact that the more time passes the bandits have a more sexual preference than fighting
